Direct Shipping Rates to the lower 48 states are available from the shopping cart.

**While most orders will ship within 48 hours, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

**Due to the nature of our business, all orders are required to be paid for in full at the time of order. By purchasing online, you are agreeing to these terms.**

**If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the product has shipped.**

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Hand Jive Clothing items are all hand-made and limited quantity. We trust you understand this, as slight irregularities are not considered a reason for return. We are certain you will be delighted with your Hand Jive Clothing purchase. If you are unsatisfied please let us know and we will happily address your concern. *All non-defectice return/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For other returns, please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

In order to help as many customers as possible acquire Hand Jive pieces, we will, at times, be required to place restricitions on quantities ordered. Please contact us or our office to find out if, and when, such quantity restrictions are in place.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax for any orders shipped to a state in which we have a "physical presence". As such we currently collect sales tax for all sales in Indiana. Some states require sales tax to be charged on the shipping cost as well.

1. What stores can we find your clothing in? None. We do not sell in stores nor to stores. We sell exclusively through regional Art Fairs (see the "Shows" page) and online.

2. Do you ship internationally? We sure do.

3. Where do you ship from? Fort Wayne, Indiana

4. How long does it take to get my order? It can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks. Although we'll do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible.

5. What is your return policy? You have up to 30 days from the day you receive your items to return your items. Shipping costs for both directions is up to you.

6. Can I be your model? We will have some fun new options for you to submit your own pictures soon. Sign up for our monthly newsletter and you'll be the first to find out!

7. Why is the trim on my dress different? All Hand Jive Clothing pieces are handmade right here in the States. Slight variations will occur and are not considered a defect. All of our pieces are hand made and one of a kind.
